Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join our team and help us take our business to the next level. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and develop new accounts
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with clients
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success
- Experience in the staffing industry is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Results-driven with a focus on exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
