Security Services

Guarding, access control and field supervision under a PSARA-aware operating model, with attendance, incident and compliance reporting across your sites.

Who it fits

Where this service makes sense

  • Multi-site operations where guarding is spread across vendors with no single supervisor accountable for what happens at night.
  • Sites that lose time to shortage, late starts, undocumented incidents or guards who are on the books but not on the post.
  • Operations under PSARA obligations that need licensing, vetting and deployment handled by someone who understands the state-by-state rules.
  • Buyers who want field supervision and an auditable paper trail, not just a headcount of guards.
What you get

Outcomes and controls, not just staff

  • One accountable supervisor per contract, so staffing and quality are owned.
  • Attendance and deployment records that match the roster, site by site.
  • Documented incident handling and escalation rather than word-of-mouth.
  • PSARA-aware deployment with vetting and licensing handled.
Scope

What is actually included

  • Guarding, access control and visitor management at defined posts.
  • Deployment planning and shift cover for planned and ad-hoc requirements.
  • Field supervision with scheduled and unannounced inspections.
  • Incident response, reporting and escalation against an agreed matrix.
  • Record-keeping: attendance, deployment, exceptions and compliance.
  • The scope is written per site: posts, shifts, duties and reporting cadence.

Mobilization

How the transition works

We follow the Assess → Design → Mobilise → Stabilise → Review sequence. First we map the current state at each site — posts, shifts, vendor, incidents and shortage history — and agree the scope and baseline before anything changes. Only then do we mobilise with the roster, supervision and reporting in place.

What is measured

Attendance reconciled to the site roster, with exceptions reported on the agreed cadence (typically daily).

Field inspections logged, including post checks and shift-supervisor reviews.

Incidents recorded with time, action and escalation against the agreed matrix.

Governance

  • A named account owner and a named supervisor per site, so escalations have a human.
  • A standing operating cadence: daily exception report, weekly review, monthly service review with agreed success measures.
  • Records retained and available for audit; nothing rendered as fact without the source document.
Technology / reporting

What you can see

  • Attendance, rostering and exceptions reported through the operating visibility layer rather than a phone call.
  • Deployment and compliance records held per site so both you and we can see the same picture.
  • Reporting cadence agreed up front: daily, weekly and monthly levels.
Compliance

What we manage, what varies

  • Vet-and-deploy is run under a PSARA-aware process for licensed states.
  • A PSARA licence in one state does not mean operating presence in another; coverage is verified and stated per jurisdiction.
  • Statutory and state-specific requirements are stated as they apply; where they vary, that is said plainly.
Proof

Comparable deployments

We maintain a baseline → result → method → period → attribution record for any outcome we publish, rather than reporting unmeasured improvement.

Commercial model

What drives the cost

  • Number of posts and shifts, with the duty roster set in the contract.
  • Labour component (guards, supervisors) plus statutory components that vary by state.
  • Service charge for supervision, reporting and the operating layer.
  • Changes to headcount or scope flow through to billing transparently.
FAQ

Questions buyers ask

Are you licensed to operate security everywhere?

We run security under a PSARA-aware process and hold licences per jurisdiction. A licence in one state does not mean coverage in another; we confirm authority and operating presence for your specific sites before we propose a scope.

How do you prevent guard shortage at night?

Shortage is treated as a reporting event, not an excuse. Coverage is built around a site roster, supervisor coverage is independent of the guard post, and exceptions are reconciled to attendance and duty records.

What do I actually see in reporting?

Attendance, deployment, exceptions and incidents, reported on a cadence you agree (typically daily exceptions, weekly review, monthly service review) rather than a one-time audit.
