We offer three distinct remote monitoring services: Live Video Monitoring (full-time remote agent surveillance), Scheduled Video Monitoring (checking cameras at predetermined times to verify events or protocols), and Triggered/Event-Driven Video Monitoring. This latter service, also known as "video verification," is highly effective; when an alarm or specific event occurs, our Knighthood Operations Centre operators view live and recorded footage from designated cameras to determine the cause, validate alarms, reduce false dispatches, and follow established protocols, including liaising with your team, keyholders, or emergency services. Our central operations team also provides proactive features like audio warnings and can dispatch on-ground personnel if needed.
